What have you learned from your current Miss Delaware, Joanna Wicks, which you hope to carry with you, regardless of whomever wins the title of Miss Delaware.
Joanna is a woman who walks into a room with confidence and grace. She radiates a positive light wherever she goes and truly makes an impact on all she encounters. From Joanna, I have learned that no matter where you are smile and be your most authentic self.

What is one goal you hope that the new Miss Delaware will accomplish during her reign?
I hope that the new Miss Delaware will motivate individuals to chase their dreams that keep them up at night. All of the women that are competing in the scholarship pageant are chasing a dream that has an everlasting impact on their hearts. I hope the next miss Delaware can encourage others to do the same.

If you could go back in the past, and give yourself one piece of advice when you first stepped into pageantry, what would it be?
Trust yourself! As cliche as that sounds when you are surrounded by amazing women sometimes you question your own abilities. This can ultimately hinder your performance. If I could go back in the past I would tell myself to breathe and trust yourself.

My social impact initiative is “Joyfully Serving Preemies: Premature Birth Awareness and Support for their Families.” It was modeled after my sister Bria Andrews who was born premature at 26 weeks, one pound 10 oz.

“Bravura” is an artistic word for exceptional; what makes you a ‘bravura’ candidate for Miss Delaware?
As a gregarious and self motivated young woman, I am ready to be the next Miss Delaware 2019. Coming from humble beginnings, I am ready to represent this organization and be an ambassador for the state we know and love. I am ready to take my community work to the next level and embrace all that this organization has to offer as well as teach me new things to continue to grow as a woman. I love doing the work to help motivate and improve our community and I would love to take the skills that I have learned over the years to a state level.
