The festive season is back and I’m not elated because I’m going to miss all the Indian festivals this year (since I’m away from home). But nonetheless, I can wear traditional clothes right and feel the festive vibe. And of course, do festival makeup!😀

In today’s post, I’m going to share with you all one of my favourite picks from Surendri by Yogesh Chaudhary. This Chanderi Tunic-pants set is not the typical, yet rooted in our cultural aesthetics.

Right from the colour to its drape, everything about this outfit is so contemporary and elegant that you cannot take your eyes off it. Surendri designs have always impressed me not just because they are good to look at but also because they are wearable and have this ultimate wow-factor when worn. I love the fact that all their designs are respectful of our culture yet have this undeniable vibrancy in them. The label reflects the modern woman’s highly stylised taste for lifestyle and design.

Two months back I attended the Surendri flagship store launch in Gurgaon and honestly, the extravagant store left me awestruck. If you are a bride-to-be or are attending a wedding, this is where you’ll find your dream outfit.

From Pac-Man prints to embellished swim wear, pixel prints to macro florals on Indian wear, Surendri offers a wide array of clothing that will definitely leave you spellbound.

I’ve paired this ivory tunic set with some colourful accessories to add that festive flavour. Soft brown smokey eyes because I didn’t want the focus to shift to makeup and instead let the outfit do the talking.
