Celebrating season ten, Atlantic City Fashion Week (ACFW), made its return to the Atlantic City strip, for their Season 10 casting call, which was held at The Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City. Modeling hopefuls from not just the tri-state area, but across the continental US, came to audition. On Saturday, there were two castings; one was for the kid-models, and a second for adults. The casting began at 11:00 am, and went on till 4:00 pm. Once the casting was complete, over 100 models were selected to walk for Season 10 of ACFW. Images from the casting call may be seen here.

After nine seasons of tremendous success, the Executive Producers of ACFW are delighted to join forces with The Showboat Hotel, and bring home to this three-day fashion event, from Thursday, February 16^th-18^th, 2017. Regarded as New Jersey’s premiere fashion week event, the Bowlings are looking forward to bringing a vast array of designers to showcase this season.

• On Wednesday, February 15^th, is a paneled lecture series that features industry professionals from the world of modeling, photography, cosmetology and journalism.
• On Thursday, February 16^th, we will have our Student Showcase; this will be a high-fashion event, featuring student and first time designers.
• Friday, February 17^th, will feature our high end Ready to Wear Designers. This event has featured past designers from the hit television show Project Runway.
• Saturday, February 18^th, will feature an international lineup of Avant Garde and Couture designers. Past seasons’ have shown collections from India, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, Germany and Russia.

Executive Producer, Lamont Bowling, stated, “ACFW has always been and will continue to be a unique showcase of the exceptional design talent, from across the world. Since our very first season, designers from across the world have taken great interest in ACFW; we are humbled to present such world-class fashion talent.”

Founded in 2011, Atlantic City Fashion Week is an event that rivals the likes of fashion week NYC, Paris and Milan. Twice a year thousands descend on America’s playground to take part in a high fashion event that includes fashion shows, seminars, celebrity appearances, retail events and industry parties.
