What have you learned from your current Miss Delaware, Joanna Wicks, which you hope to carry with you, regardless of whomever wins the title of Miss Delaware.
Joanna has taught me that, you can do just about anything you set your mind towards. She still works a full-time job and is Miss Delaware  and is still at every event she possibly can be. She is amazing!!


What is one goal you hope that the new Miss Delaware will accomplish during her reign?
I would love to see the newest Miss Delaware be able to go to all the little events they can. Just to see what Delaware really has to offer and to get to know the people of Delaware.


If you could go back in the past, and give yourself one piece of advice when you first stepped into pageantry, what would it be?
I would tell myself that it’s OK to be who you are. That you need to be comfortable being yourself before anything else.

Share with us your platform and why it’s important to you.
My social impact initiative is suicide prevention and awareness and it’s an issue that is really close to my heart. I have a cousin that committed suicide and it really hit me hard I didn’t know that he was having these issues I didn’t know that he felt so poorly about his life that he felt it needed to end. I want to have more awareness about about suicide and mental health. The more resources and education there is about the signs and symptoms of depression and suicidal thoughts the better we can battle them.


“Bravura” is an artistic word for exceptional; what makes you a ‘bravura’ candidate for Miss Delaware?
What makes me an exceptional miss Delaware candidate is that I have grown up in the system and I’ve seen what a Miss Delaware can do for little girls because I was one of those girls. I want to be miss Delaware so that I can continue that cycle so that I can inspire teens and young girls to show them that they can do anything they set their mind to, that they don’t have to I am only for first lady they can aim for president.
