The competition seems to be getting tougher and tougher, as each night progresses here at Miss America's Outstanding Teen. For this she will receive a $500 scholarship. In addition to talent, another award was also given out; Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen, Stephanie Wendt, who won the preliminary Evening Wear/On-Stage Question award.
