Kiran’s Korner – American Desi Artists – US Based Music Producer – Ranbir S. (RB-NYC)
Ranbir S.(formerly known as RB-NYC) is the resident DJ at NY’s famous Bhangra hotspot Basement Bhangra. He is also a music producer who has already gained a lot of recognition for his work on two major Desi artists’ latest albums. Ranbir is the man behind soulful music in Mahi Mera and Kamlee, both featured on G-Deep’s album, O’Billo. His recent production is called Electro Love Boliyan, which is a heavy part of Bikram Singh’s brand new album BIK I Am. This interview highlights my conversation with this talented producer in which he shares the thought process behind his music as well as his future plans.
